Daftar Nominasi Razzie Awards 2025, Joker 2 Borong Kategori Terburuk

Daftar lengkap nominasi Golden Raspberry 'Razzie' Awards 2025 yang memberikan 'penghargaan' terburuk untuk film-film Hollywood rampung diumumkan pada Selasa (21/1).

Dalam ajang pemberian gelar terburuk Hollywood tersebut, Joker 2: Folie a Deux menjadi film dengan nominasi terburuk terbanyak tahun ini, yakni dengan tujuh nominasi.

Nominasi terburuk untuk Joker 2: Folie a Deux itu hampir didapatkan di semua kategori, termasuk Worst Picture, Worst Actor untuk Joaquin Phoenix, Worst Actress untuk Lady Gaga, hingga Director untuk Todd Phillips.

'Perolehan' nominasi ini memperpanjang catatan negatif untuk film tersebut, setelah dari kritikan pedas para kritikus, penonton, hingga flop di pasaran setelah menghabiskan bujet US$200 juta dengan box office hanya US$206,4 juta.

Setelah Joker 2: Folie a Deux, ada Madame Web dan Reagan yang mendapatkan enam nominasi, lalu Megalopolis dan Borberlands dengan masing-masih lima nominasi.

Variety menjelaskan, Golden Raspberry Awards belum menjadi sebuah ajang yang serius sejak didirikan pada 1981.

Nominasi tahun ini ditentukan dengan mengirimkan surat suara melalui email ke sekelompok lebih dari 1.200 pemilih, yang masing-masing sudah membayar biaya tahunan sebesar US$40 atau biaya keanggotaan seumur hidup sebesar US$500.

Para pemilih Razzies yang lebih besar akan memberikan suara untuk menentukan pemenang. Pemenang terburuk tahun ini akan diumumkan pada 1 Maret, sehari sebelum Academy Awards.
